How Do We Test Our pH Papers
We test every lot of Hydrion and pHydrion paper before it ships. Each batch of pH paper and color chart gets checked against NIST traceable standards, so your readings match up every time. Labs, hospitals and food service teams rely on that consistency daily, whether you're verifying a sample in a research setting or checking sanitizer concentration in a commercial kitchen. We've been doing this for over 90 years and quality control still comes first on every production run.
How Should I Store pH Test Papers
Keep your pH papers at room temperature in a dry spot. Heat and moisture can throw off your results faster than you'd think, so a cabinet or drawer away from sinks and stoves works well.
Check the expiration date printed on your product first. No date on the package? Plan on a three year shelf life from your purchase date.
